All prices on our store are in USD by default. You can change currencies by clicking on the top right USD text in the menu and select the available currencies to be converted.
No problem. We are open to custom made request on any types of 3D foliages. Simply send us an email and we will get back to you ASAP.
We only offer each format separately from each other. If you wish to to have another format, you would need to make a second purchase
In order for Globe Plants' models to appear and render correctly in SketchUp, users need to:
Create a new folder at the root of C:Drive called “Globeplants_Enscape”. It should be C:\Globeplants_Enscape
Copy all files from folder SKETCHUP into the newly created folder. You can copy all the proxy files into other folders as you like as they won’t be affected by user path. The proxy files are SketchUp files without extended name “ _fullGeometry”This is an error from SketchUp and can only be fixed by the method above in order to use all the plant models correctly.
Alternatively we also included the README file in our bundles and SketchUp format for users to follow.
Yes, you can. Please select the SketchUp format when purchasing the models. This will allow you to import the models into Lumion smoothly.
Unfortunately our models are currently not optimized for real time/interactive rendering software. We will eventually look into providing them in future.
The download links will be visible right after completing your order on the after purchase page as well as an E-Mail will be sent to your inbox with download instructions. Alternatively, customers can access their download links on their account section through the top right of the menu after logging in.
We allow our customers to download their purchased products on Globe Plants for up to 5 times. After the time allowed, the links will expire and you will not be able to access your downloads. If you wish to access your files after the download limit, please contact us.
Due to our products are being digital assets. After downloading the models, no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind or mistakenly purchased wrong formats/products without consulting with us. If you have not downloaded the models, you are eligible for refunds
Upon purchasing our GrowFX models, you gain access to maximum flexibility to edit the model as much as you like using Exlevel GrowFX. You would need to have your own licence in order to use the program.
